Texshade Prefabs Pvt. Ltd. is an Export Oriented Unit with a Joint venture with Textilbau GmbH Germany. The company was set up by the German Master of Archineering Late Mr Ingo Lishke and Ravi N Krishnamurthy in 2007. The company established its office and State of Art fabrication unit at No1 Survey No. 51/1, Avalahalli, Virgo Nagar Post, Bangalore 560049.
Texshade with its intense capabilities in designing, engineering, Fabrication and installation, and backed by our team of highly qualified and vastly experienced specialists, we are at the forefront of realizing new perspectives to architecture tensile structures out of PVC, Silicon glass, & PTFE to potential markets in Europe, Middle East and Singapore. Young, vibrant and professionally managed company committed to adopting international standards and best practices, upholding strong ethical values embracing innovation, and exceptional level of customer service. Our Products range from small structures as stand-alone or simple roof structures over commercial solution like atriums, loading bay covers, petrol banks, car shades, toll gates or skylights to amusement parks, stadium or race courses. Texshade with over 10 years of international experiences in tensile structures technology has made its mark not only in India but has carved out a niche in international market .

Our Growth Path

Texshade Prefabs Pvt ltd has been formed and incorporated under the company’s Act (No.1 of 1946). A state of Art fabrication Facility was established in April 2008 and a modern Design centre was inaugurated during the same period.The company commenced its international operations in 2007 and executed projects successfully in Africa, Egypt, Athens in Greece, Middle East and Singapore through its strategic partners Textil Bau, Germany, Vector Foil Tech Germany and Masy International, Bahrain. The company with the help of its Sister company’ Shade Flex India Pvt ltd ‘has executed many prestigious projects in Karnataka, Chennai, & Gujarat.

The Company has its in-house production unit enabling it to execute any required task according to customer’s demands and in desired volumes. With an efficient operations and project management team we are  committed to deliver Projects in stipulated time frames.

Texshade Prefabs Private limited through its Joint venture with Textil Bau Gmbh, Germany and with the help of strategic partners ie Masy International W.L.L Located in Kingdom of Bahrain, Vector Foil tech Germany GmbH and  Light weight structures Group, Canada has been able to enlarge its  product range, upgrade  machinery,  state of Art  technology and  ensure additional capacities to meet the ever increasing demands of our clients  even in peak times.
